Cancelling an Appointment
I understand plans change and that sometimes cancellations will happen every so often. BUT with me going 'on-tour' and having a significantly limited diary, there is no fine, however late cancellations will result in giving you less priority in future.
For those who opted for a Call Out service, you must also provide at least 24 hours notice.
